we have a help desk based out of India. I try not to be biased against the newbie helpdesk crew, but I've gotten several people who proceed to tell me what my problem is before I've sufficiently provided all of my facts and laid out my case. It's almost as if I need a global address listing that says "Knows what he is talking about" to which I can refer them so that they will sit back and actually let me finish talking before they tell me what my problem is.
