Mine has both DVI and VGA outputs, and both will work at the same time. If you got the card retail, there should have been a DVI-to-VGA adapter included with it in the box. If not, they're fairly easy to find online (example: CablesToGo part#26956).

With the adapter connected to the DVI port and VGA monitors conneected to both the adapter and the card's VGA port, the card should see and be able to configure itself for dualview.
