Doesn't even need a real survey: Assumed number of BF2 players online (erring on the low end): 750 000. Assumed number of cheaters (erring on the high end): 10% = 75 000. Affected users that are non-cheaters: 675 000. Multiply number of players by 10 for all PB-enabled games. Of course, it could be that there'd be more cheaters if there wasn't PB, but those folks get spotted and shunned quickly.
