If it was privately owned, the copyright would be retained by the owner. Not sure how I would handle partnerships and private corps. Can copyrights be co-owned? If so, then percentage ownership of the copyright would be given in accordance with percentage ownership of the company, though the expiration of the copyright would remain the same.
