I booked a flight to catch a cruise through Orbitz and booked long term parking near the airport (paid in advance with my credit card). Got to the airport (90 minute drive from my home) and parking facility was full. They wouldn't honor the Orbitz voucher. I was unable to get through to Orbitz customer support in time to catch my flight so I had to find other parking arrangements and pay for it with my vacation funds. When I got back from the cruise Orbitz gave me the runaround and I never did get a refund for the prepaid parking. They are find until you need customer support - then you are out of luck.
