Do you have the local telco switching the inbound over for you or are you re-using the same incoming circuits? Usually, when we have had to do cuts from one system to another, most of the problems were with the local telco making the switch properly.
FWIW, our new corporate headquarters buildings are all IPT. They are Avaya, though, so we can easily integrate them into our existing network. I can call there by just dialing the 5 digit extension. The only issues we had there were with the DHCP scopes - they were set up too small, so the phones ran out of addresses. |
