a free moment. possibly fda for not labeling allergens and att gen too. then there's all the online review sites/rants. having worked in food service, with allergies, i'm sensitive to it, but i'm also sensetive to the lawsuit and the potential costs associated with that, as once the patron has warned the vendor it's ALL on the vendors shoulders and there's next to zero reason to settle out of court unless it's a damn good offer.
