I think my chances are good. Their normal starting wage is $7/hr but they said they'd try to bump it up as I've been working on campus for a while and am already making $10/hr on my current assignment. The good news is that they're allowed to give me up to 40 hours per week, since I'm not a student. (Students are limited to 20 hours per week.)
