What the numbers (and article) are claiming is that spamcop's blacklist is very reliable and has low false positives. This runs counter to past experience (Al Iverson's, mine, and rfrovarp's) that spamcop is less-than-fully reliable, because of the way that their blocklist used to be fed directly from end-luser-submitted reports. I was explaining why spamcop's blocklist has a better reliability and a lower false positive percentage than expected -- because they changed the way that their blocklist was being fed.
