Panera is trying to kill me. litterally. by unjust 2007-04-26 13:03:18
i'm allergic to nuts.

last time the office ordered from them, with the specific instruction that i'm allergic to nuts on my order, they screwed up the order and gave me food chock full of nuts. i was observant and this resulted in me not getting to ride in a shiny blinky car to the hospital. we complained. they said oops.

this time, with the same extra instruction that i'm allergic to nuts, they sent me a nice almond sliver stuck to the bottom of my cookie, and another shoved in the box for good measure.

their response is: we're careful you shouldn't order from us if you might get sick.

my response: they're inept and -NO ONE- should order from them as if they can't manage to keep 1" chunks of almond under control they probably can't keep their fingers out of their ears or noses long enough to spread the mustard.
