What is "end-of-the-pipe"? by scum 2007-04-26 11:07:02
I just read an article that states that environmentalists call wind farms and end-of-the-pipe solution. What the heck does that mean? That it only treats symptoms and does not provide a general solution? If so, why end-of-the-pipe?
