My brother got married. Everything seemed fine - until he found out she was cheating on him with one of his friends. She "couldn't help herself". He is now remarried happily. Nobody else in my family (that I know of) have had any problems with fidelity. So in my experience most women tend to be faithful. I would say that the same goes for men. I suspect that there are people who for some reason either attract, or are attracted to, cheaters. How that works, or how to recognize a cheater, I have no idea. The Human mind is still largely a mystery.
