So yesterday after work I stopped at Canadain Tire	by techi870	2007-04-26 07:41:03
(hardware store) to look at/buy a couple of things. First two items I wanted were on sale but out of stock. So I got rain checks for those items. I found the third item I wanted but it was locked in a glass case so I went and found somebody with a key. The lady had a minor problem getting the case unlocked but I didn't think to much about it. I grabbed the item I wanted but the box was a little on the light side. I handed it to the employee thinking that it might have been the box for a demo model. I grabbed the second (and only other) box on the shelf and it was empty too. At this point the employee called her manager. They got looking at the lock and it looked like someone had tampered with the lock and managed to get the cabinet open. The two items stolen were worth about $270 each.
