O2 Upgrade policy rocks...if you've been a good customer and you overpay your bill slightly every month, you get a better upgrade option. I only found that out cos I was chatting to the girl that did me upgrade yesterday. She also mentioned the little known rule that if you don't get an upgraded phone then you get a credit on your bill every month. I never knew that either!
