Not that I'm biased or anything. Caltech is better for physics. Again, not that I'm biased or anything. MIT is better in that it's less specialised - their humanities courses aren't a joke. Berkeley is good all around too, but not really "best" in anything as far as I know. Honestly though, once you're in the top 10, rankings are irrelevant.
