him back a print-out of said blog post. But if it was truly anonymous then it's probably the girlfriend telling the company about it so he wouldn't get it and that made the HR on the company confused ("his GF wants us to reject him from this job, what to do?"). Besides, in Sweden if you are discriminated against during a job application process I think the only outcome you can get is that the court forces the company to hire you, as they "should have". But I'm not sure about that. At least we're not big on the whole "aww, poor you, have a bunch of cash!" for small stuff like this.
