real complaint. Color value can be moderated by lamp shades to an extent, and brightness is equal or superior to the light from the equivalent incandescent, and I'm talking about the 25 watt fluorescent vs the 75 or 100 watt incandescent, not 25 watt to 25 watt.

Add in cutting your power required to 1/3rd to 1/4 of the prior bulb and it looks pretty attractive. But they still warm slowly.
