full spectrum. I paid the extra to have buy full spectrum bulbs for my lamps. It makes me feel better, seems to reduce eye strain, and generally makes my home "look" nicer after sunlight hours.

If they could make flourescent lights that could give the same effects I'd gladly purchase them. So far the closest you can get that I've seen is 2 different color temps.
