Things will get "boring" again and then people will forget again that it was ever like this. I expect the same complaint was made during the 60s with the civil rights and Vietnam protests/riots. Ignore the journalists. I know that's getting harder and harder to do, but it does help. I flat out avoid TV news. Anymore it's very little news, unreliable accuracy and as much drama as they can generate.
