just gets to be too crazy for you? VT, NASA, Columbine, the war, 9/11, journalists calling for America to lay down it's right to be armed...the list goes on and on...
For perhaps the first time in my stay on the planet, I'm terrified. Is it just the media getting to me, or are times really that bad?
Perhaps it's an overdose of sensationalist media coverage...(I am not disparaging any of the horrible things that have happened this week, put your horns in)...or maybe it's me finally feeling mortal after 37 years.
I don't mean to get weepy and weak...but it's times like these that you treasure the company of sane people. Maybe I should settle down before the world goes to hell. |
