My brother had his wisdom teeth yanked at 24. One of the roots had actually grown down far enough to "wrap around" his lower jaw. His face puffed up like a chipmunk. (Am I eeevil for laughing at that?) He sat on the couch (sofa/chesterfield/whatever) with two bags of frozen peas held to the sides of his face.
