Co-worker was carrying a large leaded-crystal award in his suitcase. When it went through xray, they noted this big mass in the case and got interested. By the time it came out of machine, his electric shaver was on (jostled just enough, I guess). Guard asked him to "Please open your luggage" and backed away at least 10 feet. This was in the 90's -- I hate to think what would happen today.
