Organi-what-tion? by hadji 2007-04-20 08:41:02
We're looking to replace our backup software. We pulled in a vendor, we had a preliminary meeting, and I handed them a basic outline covering various issues concerning our needs, desires and current policies and configuration. The point was, obviously, to have them address how their software could be configured to fit in with our environment.

I also emailed the outline to my coworkers, asking them to add any other concerns they might have.

So today, more than a week later, we had a follow up meeting. The vendor had no response prepared. And my coworkers were asking the same questions I had outlined, as if they were being asked for the first time.

*sigh*
