I bought the complete series Firefly from amazon.co.uk recently. It wasn't very expensive and I did like the episodes that I downloaded earlier.
I received it, but the cardboard outer sleeve was damaged. Since I consider it part of a collectors item, I e-mailed amazon.co.uk about sending it back for a replacement. I mean, I did pay for it after all.
They replied that they placed a new order for the item and, since sending the old one back would have been prohibitively expensive, they asked me to keep it with their compliments.
Well, great! Certainly didn't expect that.
I just received the second package. But this one didn't have an outer sleeve at all. :)
Hehe. I think I could probably mail them again and they'd send me a third package no problem. But maybe I should just shut up and forget about the cardboard sleeve. :P |
