Thank you for that. A couple questions: The statute defining a "zip-gun" confused me a bit. Is it saying that a starter pistol by definition is a "zip-gun," or does it have to be modified first? The part of 2923.126 that requires telling the officer of your firearm looks like it pertains to those with a concealed-carry license. I don't believe it applies to me.
