Their applications are usually quite good, as long as you don't include a certain paperclip. Their OSes aren't all that good, but the NT line was fairly sturdy while be easy for users. But they do have the title of worst all time programs: MS-Bob. Even Microsoft's juggernaught of a marketing team couldn't sell that piece of cruft. The other worst program was anything that came out of SCS (no you haven't heard of them) from before a certain VP left, and everything afterwards coming out of McKesson/APS since he went there. Best? Impossible to tell without more details (like, what's it's purpose?)
