...looked liked before it became corrupted. If you only had one partition then that shouldn't be a problem -- you just have to know whether it was a primary partition or an extended partition. If you had more then one partition then you will need to know where the boundries were. Then you just re-write the partition table as you would normally using fdisk. After that you should be able to mount the partitions normally.

This is all assuming that it really is the partition table that is the problem. If the filesystems are corrupted then you have more of a problem. If you know what data you are looking for then you can still search the disk, remove the file fragments, and reconstruct them manually; but, that would be tedious for more then a few files. I don't know of any open source NTFS filesystem debugging tools.
