NOT the lawn cutting guys but the honest to gods landscapers who move big trees, rocks, dirt, shrubs etc. Restricted food, ie what you bring, you drink tons of water and you work your buttski off for 10 hours a day in the hot sun. Worked wonders for me. Lost two sizes in one summer and gained 10 pounds of muscle in the process. I was a healthy 21% body fat, 145 lbs at 5'3" and a size 10. I dare anyone to tell me that 120 lbs is "healthy" for me. Its freaking anorexia!
