heavily discounted services. There is no material difference between acepting $100 dollars, and being given a $100 dollar discount. The net effect is $100 not being spent by the Scouts.

(This position is hevaily influenced by my accoutning background and general tax law, teh word 'funds' was imprecise, but my position is that they accepted a benefit from the public pool and then declared themselves exclusive.)

I did allow that some troops are not as bad, but to my knowledge NONE of them are allowed to openly declare themselves against the national organization or they loose their troop.
