With that last bit - you mean you cannot log in by Havoc 2007-04-06 15:32:23
as if your password has been changed?

Immediately try to login again, this time say you forgot it, and they will give you an option to use your secret question. If you get that right, you get in, and you must then immediately change your password to something better than before.

ALSO make sure your secret question has nothing to do with the answer. Write it down somewhere safe.

For instance, if your secret question is "What is your pet's name?", don't make the answer your pet's name. Make the answer something unrelated.

I got my account 'hacked' by using the secret question - I had used my pets name. Which is in my blog. DOH!

Now it is not. :) I got back in and re-stole my account from the hacker. He hadn't had time to do anything with it, luckily.

I still changed all my passwords, secret questions, verified the addresses, and made sure the visa info was unreadable - they don't show it to even the account owner - good security there.

Good luck! I hope your hacker hasn't changed the secret questions yet.
