Invoke UFicle: Error 1606 by jermschmitt 2007-04-06 12:48:47
This is a *facepalm* just waiting to happen, but I'm stuck.

I'm trying to install Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional on a client's machine, but I keep getting this:

Error 1606.Could not access network location \Startup.
See here for screenshot.

I've checked the M$ website and found this which many other support sites say fixes this problem so long as you look at the Startup entry, blah blah blah. No dice. Everything is already set at defaults. Deleting the entries doesn't help either (though I don't see any ill effects).

Help, please!
