This starts from the assumption that people who buy lots of guns are probably going to do something illegal with them. But there are lots of other more dangerous things out there. Like Alcohol. Let's limit it to one drink a month, so then we won't have DUI/OUI problems. If you are buying a bottle of liquor you're clearly planning to get drunk, why would you need 1 litter of the stuff? Jay
