i.e. your car has a limiter in it and gps and will disable if you speed.
i'm not suggesting an expensive class, i was thinking more along the lines of a few pages test and a tear down of a standard weapon, or reloadign of a revolver sort of thing. somethign -very- simple, but enough to show due diligence that you're cognizent that one shouldn't clean a loaded gun while drunk.
insurance- that would depend on the market and creepy actuarial math. one would expect that the more firearms one owns the lesser risk of accidental/liable discharge, so that imho it would make sense to have blanket sort of coverage, i.e. x$ covers you for 1-5 guns, 1.5 x covers <5 |
