temperature of the universe, at 3 degrees Kelvin, left over from the Big Bang is a measure of heat.

So, yes, space does have a temperature. And yet, for most of us, 3 degrees Kelvin is not so toasty that the cold issues mentioned above won't apply. You WILL radiate heat in space, and if it isn't being replaced, you will freeze. Vacuum will make it easier for liquids to leave the body, taking heat with them. What's left is freeze-dried jerky. Not functional, and not warm.
