a full copyright." CC is an irrevocable covenant. Non-Commercial means that only you get to profit unless you allow otherwise. The only sane way to distribute a bound book non-commercially would be to pass one's own copy onto a friend.

You might want to check what Cory Doctorow did with Down and Out in the Magic Kingdom or Lawrence Lessig did with his book, the name of which escapes me. Both were published and had a CC license.
