I'm looking into either having the phone company drop a DSL line to the site or using a wireless gateway via cell since there isn't a wireless network in the area. The camera will be weatherproof and on a 20-30' pole. There is available power on-site. I'm talking with our architect to get a box to host the webcam. I think it'll be cheaper to contract the cam out to a local security company, however.
