When would you that? Last time a user came up to me and said "my computer has died and my files have gone" the first thing I asked (and I'm sure this goes for anyone with a backup policy in placy is "Where were the files". Never "blah blah backup policy..."(1) and never "did you backup your files". 1) Which would be very embarrassing if they turn around and say "I did, I saved them on the personal drive & everything". Even more so if the ~snapshot folder has the files just waiting to be copied back into place.
