But it's generally a pain in the posterior region on a small network. I've worked on large networks(10,000+ desktops) and had data automatically archived. Of course we had two robotic towers full of tapes, mainframes, 400 servers, offsite storage, etc. It was a big frelling network. To do that for a small ISP would be painfull. Besides, Columbia Internet has like 10 people: that's half the population of B.C. ducks
