Question regarding a company not paying an employe by glitch2007-03-05 19:50:41
If they try to dock his pay, sue. by shadowsystems2007-03-05 20:02:24

Ok, then go with that... by shadowsystems 2007-03-05 20:41:32
It's either sue the pants off them, or resort to highly illegal, but VERY personally gratifying methods such as walking into Corp HQ, walking up to the current head honcho, and demanding your pay *immediately* or else...
And then just stand there...
*smiling*
If he gets so nervous he tries to have "Security" remove you, remind the security guard that, if he touches you you'll consider it assault & will be forced to notify his next of kin.
If he calls the cops, even better.
"Officer, I'm just here trying to collect my final paycheque. I quit nearly 3 months ago and they refuse to pay me. I'm just here trying to get these thieves to pay me like they're supposed to." -type statements tend to turn the situation 180 degrees.
Someone goes to jail, but it probably won't be YOU. =D

Of course, I do NOT mean that you SHOULD assault the CEO in an attempt to get your cheque, I'm merely pointing out how much FUN it would be to staple him to a wall by his tie and use the 3-hole-punch on his reproductive organs...
*COUGH*
OMG, did I just say that last part *out loud*?
BAD! BAD Evil Voices In My Head! No pudding for you!
