and if they don't take a polite no, then ask them if they're aware that their religion is directly ripped off of freemasonry, and their founder was chased out of ny because he was shown to be a fraud by "translating" some copper plates that a few neighborhign farmers had etched and burried for a week, and then across the country for various things including using freemasonry which is strictly areligious and apolitical for religious and political gain.

n.b. this is nto to say that it is nto now a valid religion for many people, but that it has an impressively untoward history that it hides from it's adherents. much like parts of christian tradition are downplayed.
