Yup yup yup! B5 was one heck of an achievement. You just don't see one guy creating his series and then writing the majority of the episodes as well. Side note: Just read a compilation of Rod Serling's Twilight Zone stories. Didn't realize that he wrote 92 of the 156 episodes.
