and philosophies, not what scientists are studying about it. They are, I do believe, studying neurological structures (if that's the correct term) that they believe may be the cause for some people's inclination to believe. I'm approaching from the other angle. And from that angle, what the scientists are doing is pointless.

If we have neurological structures that incline us to believe, that neither proves nor disproves anything. This is not to say that the knowledge will not be useful in any way at all, but to the ones who say that these studies prove that religion is false, I say it does no such thing.
