Question of the Day! by kickstart2007-03-05 00:00:04
we used to have turbo switches on computers by buzzin 2007-03-05 00:59:25
and nice green lednumber displays on the front which were suppose to tell you you CPU was running at 33 or 66 Mhz.
Which everyone always tweaked to read Hi and Lo :p

One thing: Jumpers on Motherboards. None of this jumperless mess we have now.

And before that...upgrading my CPU: Soldering off the 25 Mhz crystal and solder on a 33 Mhz one! HA! None of that jumper stuff!....

And....seperate Co-processors you could add on a seperate socket on your mobo.... (SX -> DX)

*feels old*
