Don't add 'A' - 'a'	by fudje	2007-03-04 22:43:18
OR with 'a' - 'A', which is conveniently 0x20, or a single-mask bit pattern (0x20 or 32 is binary 100000', 'a' is 0x61, 'A' is 0x41), that way you handle both cases (upper or lower) in the most efficient way possible. This is by design.
