If you have not gone to a Medieval Times show... by classic_jon2007-03-04 18:36:35
  When I went... by esbita 2007-03-04 18:45:51
...the show I saw didn't have a hunting hawk. :( The food was decent, the acting cheesey (though after a couple drinks it didn't matter as much) If I ever go again, I wanna be seated in the "evil knight's" cheering section :P

What annoyed me was the constant exhorting to tip the serving-wench. Given the ticket price per person, and the fact that the menu was fixed, how the h4 do they get off paying them a waitress wage instead of fixed wage? They're not taking your order! They can't upsell you into dessert or a more expensive drink! They're just slopping the food in front of you! Do you tip the lunchladies at the high school cafeteria?

(I am a firm believer in giving restaurant people a fair tip for decent service...but given the amount of groups/parties one serving-wench served, she could come away with a very nice hourly wage *without* the groups tipping anywhere near the "standard" tip for the ticket price).
