If I didn't hold down the space bar (the key I told it to use for PTT) it didn't give me my voice in the 'phones.
If I held the space bar, I heard myself speak (slight time delay echo), and when I released it, the hiss I heard (while it was active) vanished.
That seemed to me that the PTT was working...
(Shrugs)
Doesn't matter, really, since I won't be using it again.
With all the OTHER noise going on in the game, I had to turn it WAY up to hear anyone's voice, which made the *explosions* very, VERY painfull... =( |
