Invoke: Subversion UFies by Michiel 2007-03-04 12:05:23
I need some subversion help (or maybe it's not really subversion I need, but another Linux tool). I've just started using it with a team. Before we started using it, we already had two different (but similar) source trees that inadvertently evolved at the same time. We now need to merge those two trees and start afresh with svn. But I can't figure out how to do it, since they weren't in svn to begin with.

I'd just like one resulting source tree with diff-markers in each file. You know:

<<<<<< old
...
======
...
>>>>>> new

How can I best accomplish this?

Thanks!
