One of my kitchen cubboard creations that is:


Cooked Rottini pasta
1/2 rotissery bbq chicken, de-boned and hand shredded
1/2 jar pasta sauce
1/2 jar salsa
1 can of mushrooms
LOTS of chedar cheese

mix all engreedients minus half the cheese in a casserole dish, sprinkle with remaining cheese, bake until hot.


Would work well with tuna as well.
