That is a blatant violation of that company's policy. They, as are most electronics retailers, shopped by the competitors. It keeps everyone's prices on the same items in the same area. It is done this way throughout retail, and is actually quite common. As for why they shouldn't be kicking you out, it falls to professional courtesy. They don't know if you're a competitors pricing person or not. Think of it this way. You are a retail store. You kick out my pricing person. I now kick out your pricing person. And so do the other stores in the area. All because one person was rude.
