Downside: gtk+, recent version for mac may require compilation. Upside - can compile from within editor, code folding, many languages, error highlighting from test script runs (in some lanugages;perl for certain), syntax highlighting for 30+ languages. CSS is the only language you list that I'm not certain is on the list of already "officially" supported, but as it is a general text editor too... Mac version since it's not mainline yet.
